Arrests have to be made as required, Shoo Mah was involved in the hit-and-run of my children's car and he was not prosecuted in OC., 5) I opened up a can of warm, Shoo Mah runs a prostitution Service (Escort Service) in Costa Mesa, those girls he brought to the apartment were the prostitutes, 6) Vivian Choi was raped by Shoo Mah as a minor kid. Keep that in mind in the police report: he told the police officer that he is a school teacher and the sheriff's office denied that he is actually a deputy for years.
